I have always enjoyed being active in the kitchen especially baking small and large cakes. I was never satisfied to turn out a basic sponge cake, my cakes always had to look as good as they do in the cookbook. I graduated to producing sugarpaste flower decorations for my creations. Then the day came when I simply had to try my hand at making chocolates at home. I have not looked back since then, and have enjoyed seeing the pleasure people show when sampling my products.
